Group Fitness Class Schedule
This class features restorative stretches in a slower, more relaxing flow. It's a great class for tight, inflexible muscles due to lack of movement. It will also help revive muscles that are tired from over use or injury. No matter if you are brand new to yoga or you've been practicing for a while, you will benefit from this class.
This class features fluid flows from one pose to the next. Gain flexibility, increase strength, tone muscles, and improve balance while focusing on breathing and mindfulness. Modifications and pose options provided so all fitness levels are welcome. All props provided, feel free to bring your own if preferred.
Strength & Toning
This class is a circuit, or station, style strength & toning workout. Exercises combine body weight, dumbbells, medicine balls, resistance bands, and other equipment to provide a full body workout. Modified exercises provided so all fitness levels are welcome. All equipment provided just bring water.
