Small Group Yoga
Slow Flow Stretch and Restore
For the athlete or client who wants time to slow down. Class will start with a standing easy movement vinyasa flow followed by seated deep stretches to restore and hold postures and passive stretches for longer periods of time.
This class will focus on connecting breath and movement through a moderately paced vinyasa-style yoga. Suitable for beginners and those who have been practicing for a while. This class teaches the foundations of a variety of yoga postures and breathwork to align, strengthen, and promote flexibility in the body.
